This location once had a very strong reputation, and it was clear the team genuinely cared about both their clients and candidates. The group of people there made it a great place to work with, and the level of service reflected that—something you can still see in older reviews. Unfortunately, that changed after new management took over around October 2024. Since then, the environment and overall experience have noticeably declined. Communication has become inconsistent, and there have been ongoing concerns about transparency and how employees, candidates, and client companies are treated, including what at times feels like misleading information. It’s disappointing to see how far things have shifted from what this office once was. While I appreciated the people who were part of the earlier team, I can no longer recommend this location. If you’re considering working with or doing business here, I would strongly encourage you to proceed with caution and ask detailed questions upfront.

PrideStaff has been an incredible support on my job search journey. From the very beginning, they made me feel seen, heard, and valued. Alicia and the team were so kind, encouraging, and on top of every step from the interview to paperwork. I truly felt like I had someone in my corner rooting for me. If you're looking for a team that genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to help you find the right opportunity, I highly recommend PrideStaff in Thousand Oaks. I'm so thankful I found them! – Joanne M.

If you're in need of job placement services do NOT waste your time contacting any pridestaff office. They flat-out told me that they will not help me because I was incarcerated from the age of 19 until I was 33 and thus didn't have two references for them to contact about me. Totally rude, unprofessional and unhelpful.
