- LOLenny OatsFeb 25, 20261.0John is very rude and needs to learn about customer service. Why are you yelling at older ladies telling them their handwriting is illegible, telling them they should go elsewhere? That’s not how an employee speaks to a customer
- GGGary GamageFeb 22, 20261.0Postmaster is completely unhelpful- and refuses to deliver mail to our house after 12 years of helpful carriers doing so without issue. In addition our mail is on hold and nobody at the post office has been able to locate it - except once when the postmaster found it and said the others didn’t know where he put it! We are in a Kafkaesque situation where bureaucrat in charge is unable to understand logic and practical circumstances before him - meanwhile a postmaster that refuses to deliver mail! More failure by Postmaster Dillon Brevers - refused to deliver mail to our house in town, won’t forward mail to post office box which was required to get mail, but won’t get mail because they can’t verify via credit cards that have San Francisco billing addresses, the doom/dumbsh&t loop continues with Postmaster Bevers - how this behavior is allowed and continues is hard to imagine but you can’t fix stupid!!
