- KOKyliegh OcampoJul 16, 20261.0How do I put this? They need smarter workers and a larger team. Recently had someone drop off two packages within the past two weeks on the same day to be shipped out. They were things I had sold to buyers out of state and only one buyer received their order while the other package never left the post office. Both packages should've gone out the same day instead of one sitting there waiting to be taken and scanned for shipment, which resulted in the order being canceled. I called right when they opened and waited 20-30 minutes to get a human on to complain twice and got told to do a mail search just to get the item back. If it never left the location, I shouldn't have to request a mail search. They should be able to go into the back, dig through bags and piles of mail, and return the package to me. They should also consider doing away with the automated operator or at the very least update it because no one wants to sit on hold for hours or have to answer unrelated questions to get someone on the line who can assist them with the reason they even called in the first place. I don't care about it being a small town. They should still be providing quality service regardless. If management does not like my comments, I'm sure plenty of other residents have way worse things to say about this location and those who work there. I sell to buyers who don't live in this state so, I need to trust that local post offices and carriers will do their job instead of twiddling their thumbs or trying to see how many packages they can stack before they fall. I need packages delivered in a timely manner.

They pretend like they are taking customer complaints (failed deliveries, etc)seriously and then completely fail to follow up.. they’ll write down your info like they’ll follow up and then throw it in the trash I have seen them do it. They’re nice people who happen to suck at their job.
