They pretend like they are taking customer complaints (failed deliveries, etc)seriously and then completely fail to follow up.. they’ll write down your info like they’ll follow up and then throw it in the trash I have seen them do it. They’re nice people who happen to suck at their job.

I would recommend going to the next towns USPS before even considering this one, regardless of how far away you’d have to drive each time. They don’t even deliver mail to my house but don’t like to hold it for me either, or put it in my PO Box. They’ll go through with returning it to sender before that. Almost every time.
