- HCHollywood CaliforniaMay 16, 20265.0Out of dozens of Post Offices in the LA area I’ve been to over many years, this one is easily the best. It’s the one I prefer going to, time and time again. The deliveries are exceptionally reliable, the customer service impeccable. The line is usually very short and occasionally long. The parking lot is small and sometimes full, but if you wait a few minutes, something opens up - I never mind the wait, since the experience and service inside the Post Office are so outstanding.

I had my mail "delivered" turns out it was stolen. I have no choice but to go to the Thousand Oaks post office. Sucks cause I live in Calabasas. Would not recommend this location. There is one good employee there, Roly who does well. But everything else is mismanaged.
