- KJKrystal JoyFeb 24, 20171.0Absolutely horrible - it doesn't even deserve the 1 star. I did two (2) 2-day return shipments on two (2) identical boxes going to the same exact address, and one of them came back to my return address the next day. When I told the lady at the front desk what had happened, all she did was look flustered and confused. She kept telling me that she couldn't help me, so I asked her who could. She then called on the other girl at the front desk and they went at it for about 5-10 minutes. The other lady told me that she could give me the phone number to her manager. I asked her if she could kindly make the call, but it took another 5-10 minutes of her and the other girl at the front desk going back and forth with one another... I was getting fed up with their services and had to really put my foot down in the kindest but most stern way possible. I felt absolutely horrible for having to do so, however, all I wanted was service and answers as to why 1 box was out for shipment and the other was returned, and if the box that was returned wasn't going to be delivered within 2 days, which is what I payed for, then I wanted some kind of compensation. Instead, I had to talk to their manager who was completely unhelpful, and long story short, these boxes were supposed to reach their destination in order for me to receive a refund for products I didn't even order. On top of that, I had to pay for 2-day shipping on two (2) boxes, one of which may not be even be delivered on time. I will most definitely not be coming back to this location and will be doing my research on their rude manager for her awful customer service.
