  Shruti was fantastic today! She made the notarizing process so fast and easy, and she had a great demeanor despite a busy store. I'm grateful to her for making one of my many to do's much easier.

  The staff. Hands down. I have been visiting this store for close to 15 years. They are cheerful, accommodating, friendly, and professional. Always. No matter how many Amazon returns I have, I am met with a smile. No matter how many labels or boxes I forget, they roll with it.

  Unfortunately, I completely agree with another review here: “Store employees are good, manager is terrible.” I’ve generally had good experiences with the employees at this location, but my experience with the manager, Shruti, was terrible. I came in today with several packages and was using the self-service machine to print labels and package everything myself. I had my completed packages placed neatly on the table while I finished the rest. Without me asking, Shruti came over, told me to move the packages to the front desk, and started moving them herself. In the process, one of my packages fell into the narrow gap in front of the counter. I told her what happened and that I would need help retrieving it. Instead of simply acknowledging the situation and helping, she was dismissive and gave me a lot of attitude. I even tried to retrieve the package myself, but I physically couldn’t reach it. When I asked her again for help, she focused on criticizing my tone because I was in a hurry rather than helping resolve a problem that only happened because she interrupted what I was doing and moved my packages in the first place. The whole reason I was using the self-service station was so I could handle everything myself at my own pace without rushing anyone else. If she had simply let me finish, none of this would have happened. What bothered me most was not that the package fell, but the lack of accountability and the unnecessarily confrontational attitude afterward. The other employees here have always been helpful, but unfortunately my experience with the manager was completely different.

  Customer service was rude and unwelcoming. The workers honestly seemed like they didn’t want to be there or help anyone. On top of that, UPS charges almost $5 just to print ONE black-and-white page, which is ridiculous. I understand the employees don’t set the prices, but between the poor customer service and the crazy printing charge, I’d rather go somewhere else.
