I Am always delighted to be helped by my First Am rep. Joanne Wong. I am also very grateful for the help and support by Escrow Officer and Branch Manager Michele Castro and her staff MJ Lumbre of Burlingame with their, believe it or not, promptness in answering and returning my phone calls. As open communication is key in our industry in Real Estate. These ladies are professionals in their respective fields and very knowledgeable. They all deserve raises and promotions. They are indeed assets to First American Title Co. They all make sure my transactions close smoothly. - SHStephanie HuiMay 11, 20161.0They are not detail oriented at all. Right off the bat, they misspelled our name and did not correct it in every other document we had to sign. They are supposed to be checking every single detail in every document, but instead, we are catching all the mistakes as the customer. They also do not do what is requested of them right away. Instead, they wait until the last minute. They also sent a huge package of documents to the wrong address because they did not double check before sending it. Very lackluster and error-prone. Would not recommend.
