  Aside from the great services I received every time I go there, this is the cleanest UPS store I’ve ever seen. With this summer weather, they even have complimentary bottled water for customers. That’s customer service.

  Vanessa was awesome in helping me scan some documents. Jason and Ivan noticed I was hot from this hot weather that they offered water. 5 stars all across. Love this store! They are always so kind and do a great job!

  Ivan at UPS provided outstanding customer service. He was incredibly swift, efficient, and helpful with my returns. His high level of professionalism made the whole process seamless. I highly appreciate his help and strongly recommend this location!

  Our local UPS store here in Burbank Ca.on Alameda is an awesome neighborhood gem! The staff is super friendly and helpful. And they have every kind of postal service I’ve ever needed. Jason the manager has a great feel for what the customer is looking for and is extremely attentive and efficient. Went there the other day in 103 degree heat and they offered me a cold water a Jolly Rancher and great service. You don’t get that every day anymore!!!

  Went to return Amazon items and the manager tried to charge me $5 to print a single sheet of paper. $5? The UPS by me charges $1 and the UPS in Glendale does this for free. I told him no thank you and he said “you’re supposed to print at home.” What? This isn’t the 1990s no one has printers at home ? Then he tried to charge me anyway because “but I already printed it.” Um sir the free water bottles you offered to literally everyone who entered the store except for me cost UPS way more than a piece of paper with black and white print. With an emphasis on UPS. This is not money coming out of his pocket. Not sure why he’s shaming me ? Also he told the men in front of me he got them “the best discount possible” and told them to ask for him specifically in the future to get great discounts. Then tries to charge me for a sheet of paper that I told him I didn’t want. Store was super busy so I have empathy there but at a manager level you have to deal with that while being polite to customers.
