If you need actual detailed help with a delivery change, the store level is absolutely useless. They'll hide behind a smoke-screen saying they can't reach out or modify a delivery to change instructions when a change may be necessary. How to bypass their obstacle? Search FedEx Distribution Hub. Guess what, it's in Arcadia. The number is local, and they answer in two rings at most. I had a problem receiving my delivery, because of a key issue at building. The delivery hub staff found the truck and driver, reached out to the driver's supervisor, and the driver called me within minutes. The delivery hub even said call us any time if there's an issue and we can help. So if you're needing help changing delivery instructions, the store is not the place to go.

The express driver was still loading his truck, and he would not take it either. Good job FedEx, great customer service. If the driver was not their loading the rest of the express packages, I understand, but he was still there, truck open, loading. I was in the parking for 1 minute waiting for a car to pull out so I pull in....
