My son is part of the Naval Blockade near Iran, and the customs forms are hit and miss with different post offices and tellers. I have anxiety, in addition to missing my son while he's fighting in this war, due to issues with filling out the forms. Some people want it very short, so they don't have enter much, some want a long itemized list, some are so rude because they don't want to hassle with the customs forms, but Mikaal helped me get my son's care package out. He was happy, smiling, and very pleasant even though it's a horrible process for us both. It made my anxiety turn into hope that my son will receive the much needed supplies while he is serving our country. Thank you Mikaal.

Every one of them is friendly, hardworking, and genuinely kind. No matter how busy the post office gets, I’m always welcomed with a warm smile. You always take the time to double check everything and make sure my packages are secure before they leave. Super quick shipping too! And shoutout to Kimberly the supervisor! She’s helped me several times and has always been incredibly accommodating, patient, and professional. This post office gets very busy because of location so please be patient and show them some kindness. They work hard every single day and it truly shows!! Thank you guys for everything you do!! Of course I’m still stop by whenever I can! 💕
