Their performance has been consistently inadequate, leading to frequent trips into town to file complaints with the local supervisor and to locate my packages. Each interaction has been met with excuses but no effective solutions to address the issues caused by the carriers. On numerous occasions, my packages have been marked as delivered, only for me to discover that they were still on the carrier's vehicle. This ongoing struggle to locate packages that are never actually delivered is incredibly frustrating. I am surprised that the postal inspector has not taken any action to resolve these persistent issues. Recently, a package was marked as having an attempted delivery due to "no access," which is completely untrue. We have a large mailbox and a designated package drop-off box at our property for easy access, yet the carriers continue to neglect their responsibilities

After a year of no mail no packages and reduced hours I have no idea why this place is even open.
