  Customer service.. Susan was very helpful with my return package to Amazon. She made it easy, I didn’t have my label printed, she offered to help and I was on my way .. I really appreciated her assistance. Very friendly as well ..

  Jada at your Brentwood location was extremely helpful. She was so patient and kind with me. I was having a very difficult day and she was a breath of fresh air for me. She was more helpful than any other ups store employee from here to SoCal locations that I have dealt with. I will definitely keep coming back to that location because of her.

  I recently moved to the area and stopped by this UPS location to ship a package internationally (US Territory) to my family, something I've done through UPS many times in the past without any issues. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. An older woman employee wearing a blue shirt, who may have been the manager, told me that they do not ship internationally from this location. The interaction came across as dismissive, rude, and I felt as though my questions and business were treated more like an inconvenience than an opportunity to help a customer. If this location truly does not offer international shipping, I completely understand. However, I believe there is a more courteous and professional way to communicate that information. As a new customer in the area, I left feeling unwelcome and disappointed by the level of customer service I received. I will definitely not be returning at all to this location. I hope this feedback encourages a greater focus on providing friendly, respectful service to everyone who walks through the door.

  we went in to ship a few boxes and the guy working was super helpful even though they were busy. he got us all set up with labels and tape without making us wait forever. the only thing i would change is the prices felt a little steep for what we were shipping but i guess that's just how it is now. they had a line by the time we left but it moved pretty quick so no complaints there. def recommend if you need to get stuff out the door fast.
