- TDTomas Dhill2 days ago2.0Not good with numbers. If our usual carrier isn't delivering, the mail goes elsewhere. One piece circulated to us that wasn't ours. Hilariously, there were two "wrong address" notes scribed on the front. We were the third. I have informed delivery. (Here's the joke.) Now I know when I don't get mail.

- JJJaneSep 26, 20262.0Very frustrating experience. The lobby hours say 4 AM–6 PM on Saturdays, so I woke up extra early before work to drop off a package. When I arrived, the lobby was closed because maintenance was mopping. My package was too large for the outside mailbox, and since I’m unavailable Sunday and Monday, I now have to wait until Tuesday to ship it. If the lobby hours are posted as open, customers should be able to access it during those hours.
- DCDiane ColemanAug 27, 20261.0I made an online appt with the passport dept, and I showed up on time. I signed in and was ask by the postal staff to sit and wait. I couldn't hear anyone in her office, so after 15 minutes I knocked on the door, but still no one. Suddenly a woman opened the door and yelled at me for knocking. I was shocked that this woman talked to me in that way. When I finally got in to see her, I told her she shouldn't talk to people that way, ever. She never apologized and just tried to blame her attitude on others. This woman is in a service job that is paid for by my taxes, and she has no right to talk to others like that. I'm going to take this up with her manager. I see that others have complained about her as well.
