I needed his help but since he saw that it was me he completely ignored my need and made an excuse not too. This is every time I’m there. Absolute negativity reeks from that guy its awful.

The package came from Italy, I prepaid the freight and it was literally two feet in front of me and the manager said it was fraud.....absolutely useless answer and so frustrating. The postal carrier also tries to deliver twice and gave me the same answer. I am out the product and the $$ with no option....so ridiculous. Both the clerk and manager at Brea post office were rude and wouldn't help at all.....you have to wonder. No customer service.
