  Highly recommend! I had a very tedious and detailed print order that required a lot of attention, and Jowel at the FedEx Print Center handled it flawlessly. Despite how busy the store was and everything else going on around him, he remained professional, patient, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was his expertise and attention to detail. He made sure every aspect of the order was completed exactly as requested, and the final result was perfect. It’s rare these days to receive such exceptional customer service, especially during a hectic time, but Jowel exceeded all expectations. Thank you, Jowel, for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy. FedEx is fortunate to have someone so knowledgeable, dedicated, and customer-focused on their team.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location in Brea today. I was trying to ship a damaged Rimowa suitcase after Southwest Airlines instructed me to send it through FedEx. Their written instructions clearly stated that even a black plastic bag could be used if no proper box was available. Wanting to protect the suitcase better, I personally packed it in a box before bringing it in. However, before I could even properly explain the situation, an employee immediately told me he would not ship it because the box was “too thin.” Every time I tried to explain the airline instructions, he interrupted me and repeatedly cut me off without listening. I even called my daughter so she could explain the instructions directly from the airline email, but the employee refused to take the phone and simply walked away. What was especially disappointing was that no alternative solution or assistance was offered. At no point did the employee suggest repackaging the item with a stronger FedEx box or discuss any possible options. The response was simply an immediate and repeated refusal without any attempt to help. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that I later visited another FedEx location, and they accepted the shipment without any issue. This confirmed to me that the problem was not simply the package itself, but the dismissive attitude and unwillingness to assist that I experienced at the first location. I left feeling humiliated, dismissed, and very uncomfortable.

  This place is 100% horrible stay away. Do not use this location as they do not know what they’re doing. They have damaged many items that I have dropped off. They are unreliable. Very poor customer service go to a different location.

  This location is a complete disservice to the FedEx brand. I honestly don't understand the point of this store even being open. The service was abysmal and the staff seemed completely indifferent. It’s as if this branch exists solely to damage FedEx’s reputation. Avoid Avoid Avoid
