- MMmia2 days ago1.0waited in line for 15 minutes with no one in front of me. multiple workers and no one even looked at me while i was waiting.

There was only one person working, and he spent about 15 minutes trying to count my cash but kept getting the amount wrong. After waiting that long, they told me their Apple Pay system for the fee was down, so the whole trip ended up being for nothing. There was a long line of customers getting frustrated, and the experience felt very disorganized. They also don’t have a money counter and instead counted large amounts of cash by hand on a crowded desk, which felt unprofessional and not very secure. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
