  This is one of the worst companies to work for in all Los Angeles county! Terrible pay for employees. I uber these employees everyday for over a year and not a single person has ever tipped. They all seem so miserable to be going into the office everyday. I don’t really understand it since Alo is such a hot trending brand making a lot of money right now.

  87 days! That’s how long ALO kept me waiting while promising responses within 1–2 business days. 10 days for the first reply. 57 days of silence after escalation. Another 20 days of silence after reopening the case. 87 days total…almost three months!…Truly unbelievable! Still NO RESPONSE! Meanwhile… Their premium-priced backpack suffered a structural failure after roughly 18 months of normal easy city use. Bottom line: ALO clearly wants to be viewed as a luxury brand. Luxury pricing is easy. Luxury quality and customer service are much harder. Based on my experience, ALO has mastered the high pricing part extremely well. But epic fail on: Poor backpack quality, and Truly subpar customer service Consumer alert: Shop accordingly _________________________________ 3 MONTH UPDATE: You literally can't make this stuff up! 3 months since I posted my first 1 star review above .....and I sent their customer service team my review and final request for help. What happened next? CRICKETS...NADA...NO RESPONSE....NOTHING...HILARIOUS. Haha What is Alo really? Super cool brand FOR NOW.... REMEMBER BENETTON?!?!.... Yep most of u don't hahaha. It was a super cool brand too..UNTIL IT WASN'T Alo is definitely headed in that direction..... Oh yeah....one more consumer warning.. BUY 100% Organic Cotton....and JUST SAY NO to synthetic fabrics and micro plastics (Alo products) read the Alo labels!! Alo does NOT offer their products in 100% organic cotton. Something for us all to think about!

  Shockingly poor operations. The customer service team seems to be seriously understaffed. Experienced both a packing error and a damaged product within 10 orders (error rate of 20%). Still no refund more than a month after the return reached the warehouse. Beautiful clothes but would not recommend buying online.
