- SDSolange DeborahJun 10, 20261.0I am extremely frustrated!!!! I shipped my suitcase on May 15 and, as of today, I still have not received it. Instead, USPS delivered someone else’s package a pet feeder even though I do not own a pet. On top of that, the tracking number I was provided is invalid and does not work, making it impossible for me to verify where my suitcase is or whether it was ever properly shipped. This suitcase contains thousands of dollars worth of personal belongings, including clothing, brand-name shoes, perfumes, makeup, hair products, skincare products, and other valuable items. The suitcase is black with yellow sides and a yellow top, with zipper closures. I have already provided written descriptions and am now providing photos/examples because it appears my previous information has not been properly reviewed. I believe posting it here may grab usps attention because calling isn’t helping.

I have found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful. Maybe it is a case of what you give is what you get.
