- SBSaid Benane6 days ago1.0Booked an official appointment in advance for 2:15 pm was there 15 minutes earlier to renew my 5 years old passport but it was completely ignored.Deserted Service ,the entire service area abandoned.Zero Employee Presence Not a single worker was present to help waiting to apply for the passport The manager finally emerged only to give blatant, easily disprovable lies, she told me that the employee will be here in 5 minutes but it showed at 2:47 pm for the appointment of 2:15 and I have to live work early to make on time since they have this weird schedule for passport has to be between 9am to 3pm and the post office remain open till 5pm Total lack of responsibility for wasting customer time, tax payer and breaking scheduling commitments.Avoid this location if you expect professional service or respect for your schedule. The manger not qualified mange this post office.

Appointments are not taken on time, and can go overboard by 30 mins or more depending on situation. Completely unprofessional, outdated, and the worst experiences I had processing a passport, if you are able too, choose another post office
