- AOAlejandra OchoaMay 1, 20262.0First off, I wanna preface this by saying I’ve been a long time FedEx office customer at the Shattuck location from back when I attended Berkeley city. Last week, my mom recently went in to print some court documents . She isn’t very computer literate and also hard of hearing so she needs extra help. Jorge was the one who assisted her and from what my mom told me, he was so nasty towards her. Saying comments under his breath and at one point said “I have other projects to work on, I can’t hold your hand the whole time.” My mom forgot to print her receipt on the self service printers and Jorge made her seem like an inconvenience for asking for it to be retrieved. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT ELDERLY PEOPLE. The employees at this location need to learn how to speak to people with RESPECT. And I pity whoever has to work with that guy! I’ll be doing my printing elsewhere from here on out

- WPWG PMar 27, 20261.0If you use Ground Day service and live in an apartment complex, be very very careful and "Don't Fall". What might happen is you miss four deliveries, because the window is 10:00 am to 2:00pm and the driver does not have a phone or will make no attempt to contact you. If you get unlucky and catch the driver, you better have an ID on you. Worse case is you run to get your ID because the driver is "behind schedule" and you fall. Now you are disabled and have thousands of dollars of medical bills. My advice to avoid this is don't use Fedex ground or don't have the delivery if Fedex is your only option, unless you don't mind paying the extra for better service. If another carrier is available use them. Stay safe out there.
