  went in to mail a package and the line was out the door, took almost 20 minutes just to get to the counter. the worker at the window seemed annoyed i even asked a question, didnt really make me feel great about leaving my stuff with them.

  5 stars for Sonia, 1 star for Marvese M. I want to give a huge shout-out to Sonia, the clerk who handled my family's passport appointments. She was incredibly kind, patient with my two boys, and efficient. Unfortunately, the experience was soured by a supervisor-in-training named Marvese. Despite us being mid-transaction during our scheduled appointment time (1:45-2:15 PM), Marvese interrupted and 'ordered' Sonia to move us aside to help the general line. When I mentioned we had an appointment, Marvese was dismissive and rude, stating she was making an 'executive decision' to make us wait. Even worse was seeing how she felt comfortable treating her colleague in front of everyone. I voiced that my time was as valuable as everyone else’s waiting in the lobby. After making us move, Sonia went to the back and Marvese followed behind and was raising her voice at Sonia—I could hear Sonia repeatedly asking to not be spoken to in that manner. After all that, Sonia took us back to finish the process, she already had the money orders ready and we were literally in the middle of paying when we were forced to step aside. At some point Marvese forgot about the line she was so worried about and went to the back with another clerk to quickly gossip about the situation. Sonia is amazing, but the management/supervision here is unprofessional and creates a hostile environment for both staff and customers.

  I had an appointment scheduled for later in the day, but Monica was kind enough to take care of me earlier than expected, which I truly appreciated. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. She walked me through the entire process with patience and clarity, making sure everything was handled correctly and efficiently. What stood out the most was her positive attitude and willingness to help—she made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable. Her efficiency didn’t take away from her friendliness; she balanced both perfectly and made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you, Monica, for going above and beyond and making my passport experience as smooth, quick, and pleasant as possible. Your excellent service truly made a difference.

  I had a terrible experience at this location. I attempted to ship contact lenses using Priority Mail, but the staff insisted the address was invalid in their system. This was strange because the address is verified on the official USPS website. Even a backup address was rejected. I eventually went to the Vallejo USPS, where the staff had no problem locating the address. Whether it's a lack of training or a system error, this place is unreliable. If you have important items to ship, I highly recommend going elsewhere.
