- BBBrian2 days ago2.0I called about passport applications and the operator did not want to help nor have any information regarding processing it online, Horrible customer service, Norwalk/Artesia are way more helpful and have a better attitude towards applicants, really unacceptable and unprofessional

Appointments apparently mean nothing here — they pack the lobby like it’s Black Friday at a dollar store, then process people like they’re chiseling each passport by hand. I watched three people age in real time while waiting. One guy grew a full beard. A toddler learned to walk, talk, and file taxes. Meanwhile the staff moved with the urgency of someone rearranging paperclips for fun. If you enjoy: - Long waits - Zero communication - And the thrilling mystery of “Why did I even book an appointment?” …then this is the place for you. Otherwise, bring snacks, a blanket, and maybe a therapist.
