- CMCatalina Martinez1 day ago1.0Any one who did their passport at this office and never revieve them. Go and ask for your refund. I did my passport with them since march. I never recieve them. They had lost my document and now they dont want to refund me my money. Some one did fraud with the aplications and they dont want to return our money back. Dont go here. They loose the documents and they dont want to return your money back. I been asking for my refund since march. And i know there is a list of people who also has there papers lost and havent recieve their money back.

- KCKatherine CamposAug 5, 20261.01 star service. I’ve never had issues with packages being lost, but the customer service here is horrible. There is a few workers who seem to actually enjoy the job, but if you’ve been here frequently you know that there is a lady who is always in the worst mood!! Don’t even bother calling their place either, they never pick up unless they reach out to you first! Also, I scheduled for a package to be picked up from my house since I had errands to run, got the confirmation email saying they received my request. The next day I received an email saying my packages had been picked up, which was false. My packages were still outside my porch. When I showed up to their place, the supervisor never came out. Please avoid this post office, the workers are lazy, unenergetic, and unresponsive to any sort of communication!
