  Been waiting on a package for 3 days that according to the tracker is only an hour away finally had enough and called them just for the guy to tell me first oh ya its supposed to be out for delivery then proceeds to tell me no its at their warehouse or shop what ever it is still... but i can drive down there to get it... i have a broken back after a bad car accident and my car went up in flames cant go get it between the 2 and this is delaying my disability and me being able to actually get what i need.. completely unnacceptible at least to me better off with ups its a wonder why there are only 5 or 1 star reviews the 5 stars must be fake why else would there only be 1 star and 5 star reviews its pathetic that this big of an organizarion cant do a simple task and instead asks you to go do their job for them get your act together or just shut down yall are a joke dont use fedex i sure wont unless there is literally no other option. Like yall even working over there? What are yall doing because if its literally nothing like how it seems might as well just get a job there and collect a paycheck while sleeping on the clock.

  Well I was stuck in a pickle! I have little tech skills and needed to copy, print and fax document to bank. Though I did ask bank if they could help me send it. They would not! That's another review! Anyways FedEx in Walmart to save my day! They helped me get it done! They were polite and sufficient. I highly recommend them. Thank you FedEx team!
