- JOJessica O'LaughlinJun 28, 20261.0An organization that can charge you to refuse you service. Don’t have dogs because if you do, you don’t have rights. They do not listen or investigate. They do not work with you and they do not care how their actions affect you. You will be judged harshly immediately and treated poorly by these people…if you’re a dog owner. At least that is my experience. I do not feel welcome in the town I live in because of the apparent “criminal” state I didn’t know I was living in.
