If anything the customer service agent brings worry to my mind by insinuating that my package has been stolen “because they’ve been hittin that area” in her own words. My parcel box is simply inaccessible bc the key fob is slanted and a key wont get fed. The box is locked. Times have changed, its so easy to have someone deliver the package in person instead they just leave my purchase to expire/heat damage in this 100 degree weather. MAKE SURE TO AVOID USPS

- JJJASMINEMay 2, 20261.0Incompetent mail carrier SABINA. Made multiple complaints about her always delivering mail that does not belong to us. She wears her Airpods while driving and working she talks so loudly complaining about her son that he is lazy and worthless lays around all day sleeping playing videos games she is desperate for him to turn 18 years old so she can kick him out the house. She is just an awful lazy person. Delivering incorrect mail is not a mistake, this is intentional so she does not have to physically walk and deliver the mail. Made exact same complaint multiple times supervisor is allowing this crime to occur. Considering a petition to remove her as the post worker for our neighborhood. Nobody in our neighborhood likes her she is so mean and resentful. The way she behaves is so bossy and entitled. She is literally cursing her son with her vicious tounge. She demands you move your vehicle or she won't deliver your mail. We were planning a funeral and blocked the mailbox just one time and she had zero sympathy for our loved one who passed away.
