We were initially told to bring proof of home ownership documents, we did, guy behind counter with major attitude says no we need Tax documents. We returned with 24 Tax documents, he says no property tax document. When we returned we saw another customer with loan documents requesting a key and was given the same wrong information & attitude. I realize people make mistakes but this individual was argumentative, continuously interrupted me & was flat out rude. If you need a new key go with both, property tax document & current document from your lender.
