- CFCheri FlaniganSep 23, 20262.0I had a problem with nor receiving a delivery, and after going through Every Possible Scenario AND Problem (just happened to Switch banks After Purchase, etc) with the Seller, Shop.com and PayPal, it turns out that USPS Was the Actual Delivering Entity!! I never received the package, hav had Surveullance Proof that Nothing was delivered that day; not to mention that a Ramp was being built in the front yard, so...Witnesses, too!! But USPS Policy is that ONLY The Seller can file a Claim!? The CHINESE Seller that it took me 2 weeks to get ANY Generic response from after TWO AND A HALF WEEKS...In the First Place?! And let's not forget that I, basically, accused them of NOT sending it, but in my defense they Charged $14.95 to my card AFTER the sale charge took place place...on a FREE SHIPPING Item!! So, they weren't Innocent to begin with!! So, for either of those reasons, They wouldn't even Respond to me!! Why would they?! THEY ALREADY GOT MY MONEY...AND THEN SOME!! So, because of USPS' Policy...I Couldn't File a Report?! That makes NO SENSE!! There are TWO Mail Carrier that come to my house! Never had trouble when it was just the Female, but since the Guy started appearing occasionally: ALL KINDS OF PROBLEMS!! I get 2 different neighbors' Mail ALL The Time!! USPS is just another FINE EXAMPLE of another USELESS WASTE of Taxpayer dollars on a Largely Unsupervised/Audited area that We The People FUND...Quite Unwillingly!!
