  I depend on UPS for 90 percent of my shipping needs and always use this store. Practically family now.

  The individual that I dealt with was very unfriendly and rude! He had no name badge but he wore a rosary around his neck and earrings. Never acknowledged me even after I said good morning!!!! I went to drop off a package and before he helped me, I noticed he was helping others by taking their packages and tossing packages into the bins; pushing the boxes with his feet. I don’t know who the manager was there at that time but I can’t believe the manager allows this type of service from him. There were other employees there and they were friendly to people they helper. I hope this individual will be talked to and changes his attitude.

  I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by Haylee yesterday, and I just had to leave a review. As an older woman, I truly appreciate when someone is patient, kind, and takes the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed. Haylee did exactly that. She was warm, professional, and made the entire process so easy for me. It’s not often you come across someone with such a genuine heart and excellent customer service these days. She answered all of my questions, paid close attention to every detail, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. I left feeling confident that everything had been handled correctly. She is a wonderful young lady, and I will certainly be returning.

  I continue to visit this store because it is right down the street from my house. Otherwise I wouldn’t come back. Half of the employees are polite but the other half are incredibly rude. I visited today and Ethan didn’t acknowledge me, say hello, how can I help you or anything of the sort. As I walked to the counter he looked as though he HATES his job! The single word he said to me… “receipt?” No thank you, have a good day. Nothing. He, and several other employees have no customer service skills and shouldn’t be in a position where they are interacting ting with people. And just to note, this is NOT the first time. It happens regularly.
