I was honestly so nervous walking in because I had more than 20 packages to ship, but the ladies there immediately made me feel at ease. Meaghan was incredibly patient, kind, and caring. I was having trouble with my phone while trying to pull up all of my QR codes, and she never once made me feel rushed. Instead, she patiently waited and even took the time to have a friendly conversation with me while my husband worked on getting everything pulled up. Bre was just as wonderful. While Meaghan was helping me, Bre was assisting other customers, yet she still took the time to chat with me and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Thank you so much, Meaghan and Bre. You have no idea how much your kindness meant to me that day. What could have been a very stressful experience turned into such a positive one because of your patience, compassion, and excellent customer service. Employees like you truly make a difference, and I sincerely appreciate everything you did.
