Our escrow officer, Sonia Ochoa, has been irresponsible, rude, and has lack of organization. Due to Sonia's and First American Title's huge error, it has now costed us a week delayed of closing. First American has failed to ensure everything was aligned and the morning on closing date, after all our belongings were packed, they failed to have an important document signed. The lack of irresponsibility has costed us to have issues with the sell of our first home and purchase of our second home. If you are looking for a smooth transaction of a home, please look elsewhere as this company has FAILED my family and I. The very few times I have called to make sure our title documents were listed with the correct names, Sonia was rude and needs retraining on how to provide decent customer service. As to the management and owners of this company, you have allowed a major slip in the cracks to happen and is now causing 3 transactions to be cancelled.
