Mail delivery has been repeatedly interrupted, and instead of receiving my mail, I continue to receive notes that come across as rude and unprofessional. The communication has been more frustrating than helpful, and the issue remains unresolved. As a customer, I expect reliable mail delivery and respectful communication. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. Important mail has been delayed, and I have been left feeling that my concerns are not being addressed fairly. I hope USPS reviews this situation and works to improve both customer service and delivery reliability on this route.

She was having problems with her mailbox, keys. He was so Nice and Courteous, got her mailbox fixed and got her new keys and delivered her mail while it was getting done. We would like to tell him that We appreciate his kindness and he should be applauded. Thank you

Benoit (sp?) jumped in to help with a long line, pulling us into the passport office to help us. He was very calm, very kind, and extremely efficient. Thank you so much for doing such a great job, Benoit! Keep up the good work!

The young lady with curly hair was talking to a woman at the next counter in an extremely unprofessional and condescending manner. The blonde lady helping me just laughed and said, “There’s nothing I can do,” as if the entire situation was humorous. No matter what the situation is, you shouldn’t talk to people like that or expect everyone to know everything. Their behavior was incredibly immature. Way to project how miserable your life must be onto others. Gross!
