When there's so much personal information being done with passports of birthdays and addresses, personal information and transactions of addresses going on, even with just parcels, how can this be legal? And why isn't there any protection for the customers from these people that are harassing agitation for Unfavorable reactions? Post office needs to have better security and control over protection of their patrons!!!

For instance, my latest subscription package from Amazon was noted as delivered on 8/1/2026. But there was no sign of the delivery on my security system camera. Then on August 4th, they said they attempted delivery at 6:55, but I saw the truck simply drive by at that time. No delivery attempted. I had to spend an hour on a call with Amazon to have my deliveries replaced. It's so bad now, I asked Amazon to deprioritize USPS as a delivery option.
