I went to the Staples in Vacaville yesterday to have a passport photo taken. Unfortunately, I was told they didn’t have any USB drives available and that there was no way for me to get a digital copy. The cashier suggested that I take a photo of the printed passport photo and upload that to the passport website, but unfortunately, that didn’t work. Today, I stopped by the Staples in Grass Valley and was greeted by Wesley. I explained what had happened in Vacaville, and he immediately let me know that I had been given incorrect information. Wesley went above and beyond—he took the time to call the Vacaville store, arrange a refund for me, and make sure I received the proper digital passport photo I needed. The level of customer service Wesley provided is rare these days. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure the problem was resolved. What had been a frustrating experience turned into a great one because of him. Wesley truly saved the day. Staples is lucky to have him. Thank you, Wesley!

Workers were kind and I love the new bargain bins added. There's a few that are always low price, like $2. I think it would be better to have a consistent $1 as well. The bigger bins in the back do have higher quality material, but a $15 start price is still high. I wouldn't buy anything in for $15 from a bargain bins if I knew I could potentially snag it for less than $10. But maybe that's just me! Thursday's are low days at $2
