Your assistant manager, Trinidad, took us well in hand, got a code for us to use the copier, and actually made the copies for us. The stress level was high, but Trinidad's calm demeanor made things so much more manageable. I can't thank Trinidad enough for making a very stressful situation seamless. We made it to the post office in plenty of time thanks to you. Thank you again for doing such a great job!

The customer service reps are always ready to help with anything, and I especially like browsing in the store for different greeting cards and must-have stationary and office supplies.

Then she seemed inconvenienced & condescending by my inquiry about paper thicknesses 🤣 I will not be returning. Went to staples instead 👍 Unacceptable, esp as I see others have had similar complaint. If your interested in having this review removed, pls reach out to me personally to share how you have addressed the situation with the employees & persistent complaints of Bad customer service.
