- AKAubree KoenigMay 12, 20261.0I’ve made multiple complaints. I’ve called, complained in person at the post office and written and emailed complaints to the post office about our mail carrier. Nothing has changed. They constantly leave the mailbox open and shove packages in that don’t fit. I had to rip the package and almost broke mailbox today to get the package out. Worst mail carrier and post office.

The Price increase is one thing, but the service never improved with the higher cost. My mail would frequently show delivered and not actually be in the box. For the last 3 months, EVERY WEEK I have to leave work to go stand in line to pick up something because they're CONSTANTLY out of parcel lockers, their hours suck, and only 1 employee there acts like they aren't completely saturated in misery.

The office was clean, and I was in and out quickly, which was a bonus on Black Friday. This USPS office was welcoming and friendly. The handicap parking is available and accessible.
