- DDDianaAug 11, 20261.0I would give 0 if I could, I had a p.o box there for years, I ordered $800 worth of stuff through Amazon and Javi coffee, I went south, and I ended Up very sick in the hospital, I called a few times to see if they could save my stuff , and they said they would, I finally got out of the hospital , then I received a letter from the post office saying I had to pick up my stuff, by a certain date, so I made sure I came days ahead from the time they gave me. Was I surprised when they said they sent it back to Amazon , they not mentioning Javi coffee , So I talked to candy that works there and she said she sent everything back. I called Amazon and Javi and they both said they didn't receive anything. So i requested 4 investigations , and they never got back to me . So $800 dollars down the drain, and that's a lot of money for me . I really think someone working at the post office stole my stuff , maybe even candy , the one who said she sent it back. Because every time I call to talk to her to ask about my stuff she gets hostile. So there are thieves or a thief working at Atascadero post office , I've heard that workers steal from post offices frequently.

I went in on the weekend and the supervisor was suppose to meet me at my mailbox or give me a call back to update me. Never heard back at all.

Nothing has changed. They constantly leave the mailbox open and shove packages in that don’t fit. I had to rip the package and almost broke mailbox today to get the package out. Worst mail carrier and post office.
