So if someone is missing a package, and the information is correct for the package then someone that is in charge of delivering the mail is stealing them.

I was having trouble with my package because the mail lady delivered it to the wrong parcel locker.. I called them and they still had the nerve to lie to me and say my fashion nova package had the wrong address on it.. I just got my package and it clearly has the right address.. I would have just appreciated the truth.. overall thanks for fixing the mistake you guys made but no need to lie to your customers..
