- JPJianne Jade Pingul1 day ago1.0They're definitely stealing packages. I work with a small business sending out packages from here and they must have caught wind that they're high ticket items. Suddenly our packages don't make it to their destination as soon as they come through here or they don't get scanned and our tracking shows as "awaiting item." We run a tight ship here and they've consistently caused 3 missing packages in 3 consecutive weeks. Also, the moment I confronted the manager, she suspiciously had a spiel/excuse ready to go and it doesn't line up with the UPS store we consistently receive from either.

They often have the outdoor mailboxes locked up so you have to go inside and drop your mail, but your Priority Mail Packages can we dropped in the big box inside the foyer. But if they are closed and the doors are locked you're not getting any mail in the system that day
