- KKKiana6 days ago1.0Genuinely the worst post office I’ve ever been to. Middle aged man Lawrence is so unprofessional and rude, unhelpful and actually caused me a lot of problems because of his misinformation. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE employees at this location. I swear he gets a kick out of being rude and unhelpful. He should not work here anymore he obviously hates working with people and I can’t even articulate how much stress he has caused me by telling me the wrong information.

- NPNit- PickingMar 27, 20265.0I notice a lot of 1 stars are about carriers. I want to say that the carriers come out of Pismo NOT arroyo grande (it’s just a drop off location). As for the branch itself, I value and appreciate the women that work there. They are always very helpful and considerate. Recently my daughter returned to college and forgot her keys. I was grateful for the help to get them to her as quickly and inexpensively as possible.
