I'm a local from Aromas, I call to ask if my package is there, the woman on the phone dismisses me and tells me she doesn't have time, she has a line of customers and tells me that my package IS NOT there. Come to find out on a Saturday, that is is there (I called friday) and now I have to wait for Monday all because of terrible service.
