I brought to the attention of the Arnold, Ca. station Postmaster, Tammi Albright, a contradiction/discrepancy on the USPS website regarding services provided when mailing an item with proof of mailing and delivery on the receiving end. I provided a screen shot of the USPS webpage that showed there was no charge for this specific service. It contradicts what is listed elsewhere on the website that a fee was being charged for a thinly veiled similar service. I asked for clarification if there was a difference in the service provided. She could not provide an answer. I was accused of showing a non official screenshot. I pressed her to look it up for herself on the station computer. She refused. Her demeanor escalated into a power play to put me on the defense by her raising her voice, repeating that "we charge for that at this location". I then asked if other locations were exempt, aren't they are all government run and required to adhere to the same policies and fees? I was told to investigate it myself. I then stated that as postmaster you have a fiduciary duty to bring any online contradiction a customer may discover to the attention of those who administer web presence since a customer who reported it had a concern. As she turned her back on me storming off while I was mid sentence, I could hear her muttering: "I'll look into it", the ultimate shine on! Offensive, rude, obnoxious, malfeasant, apathetic, dismissive are a few descriptors that come to mind when describing my impression being left with during this encounter. The correct response would have been: "Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Not many folks would take the time to report this. I will investigate the situation, initiate any corrective action within my power, and promise to give you a response by mail within a few days. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused". To imagine this individual supervises the staff and operations is pathetic and beyond comprehension. Being a 40 year customer of the Station, I've noticed a high turnover of employees over the years as well. No surprise after getting a taste of management firsthand. No wonder the Post Office gets a bad rap. *Attached screenshot shows "no charge" at the bottom

I've been trying to reach a live person to talk about a problem with a small package of medication from Kaiser I do not receive in my box any more ? It is urgent I receive them.

They regularly go out of their way to help me. They are always friendly and make me feel welcome. This is my permanent address - so these things are very important to a dyslectic, ADHD 80 year old.
