Mr. Granados, supervisor of the Arcadia Post Office contacted me and doesn’t know where it is. Today is May 7, 2026.

Instead of providing basic customer service, she showed a negative attitude and made the interaction uncomfortable. I came in expecting help, but was left feeling ignored and disrespected. This is not the level of service that should be provided at a post office.

I've decided to up it to 3 stars today based on receiving a "We Care" plastic bag containing what remained of my glossy picture magazine. Usually I would have expected it to be mis-delivered, lost or delivered as-is. Yeah it's only over 2 months late on the delivery but maybe it's a sign of a turn around for the USPS?
