Today was my first and hopefully my last time doing business here. When I came in, there was an older lady ahead of me trying to send an envelope and she was asking if it was possible for the staff member to designate that the envelope not get bent. Instead of explaining to her why that delivery option would not be a good fit for her needs, the staff member just kept talking over her and saying "I can't do that, you have to pay $X." It was frustrating to watch because the woman clearly was just trying to understand - in fact, she kept saying "I'm sorry, I don't understand" - but the staff member was too impatient to be bothered to actually help her. She ended up paying significantly more than she had expected because of this and looked upset. I was bewildered, as I was the only other person there - it wasn't busy, so there was no need to essentially rush her out the door like that.
Then, when it was my turn at the counter, I received unpleasant treatment too. I asked the gentleman if it would be possible for me to use my stamps to mail my bubble mailers. Instead of just... answering my question, he grumbled "just give them to me so I can weigh them first." He could physically see I didn't have enough stamps to mail my bubble mailer, and he could have easily just said "you can, but you may not have enough stamps. It might be easier just to pay via card." But instead, he snapped at me and said "well your total is $X and each stamp is Y cents" and glared at me.
The whole point of me coming in and approaching the counter is to ask questions to someone who would have the answers - I had my packages pre-prepared and otherwise everything good to go. Treating people like this is exactly the reason why this location has such bad reviews.

In 725 w Duarte Rd. Arcadia, Mrs Hong is not nice at all, I saw her gave customers dirty look after customer left, and she has a very unhappy face, no communication at all to me too, the whole transaction is silent, and she didn’t even let me choose “ happy face or unhappy face on the check out machine, she skipped it by herself! and didn’t say a word when she gave me the receipt .
The other lady ROSA is nice and welcoming .

Horrible service. Lost my package and told me can only refund 100 (my shipping was already 97) and tell me to wait. Don’t have any other options. Wanted for them to call facility and ask what’s happening and told me they don’t provide any service if package is lost.
