- JCJanette CottonAug 4, 20261.0Very disappointing customer service. Every time I visit the Arbuckle Post Office, my interactions with Cliff have been unpleasant. His communication often comes across as passive-aggressive and dismissive, which makes asking even simple questions uncomfortable. Regardless of someone’s age or how long they’ve worked there, customers should be treated with patience, courtesy, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that has consistently not been my experience with him. I hope management addresses the customer service at this location because the community deserves to feel welcomed and respected when using their local post office
