  Worst experience ever at this USPS. They open at 8:30 AM and only two people to help 8 in line. One employee came in after 10 minutes with sunglasses on and a hoodie sweatshirt. She said good morning and that’s what the others would say when they were ready to see people. So I stepped forward and was quickly told “I wasn’t talking to you,” by the employee who came in late. “I was talking to my coworker.” Very rude and she seems like she walks already having a bad day before the day started. When another employee was open I walked up to drop off my package and asked to speak with the supervisor. The late employee heard me and said, “You can wait over there,” as if I had requested her to get the manager. I went and waited for the manager. She came out and I explained the situation. I was told by her that they are just starting there day so they’re a little slower and it takes normally 15 to 20 minutes to input information for packages. But I’ve never had it take that long even when sending international. The employee was talking and laughing while leaning on the counter facing the dull customer and not inputting anything. But they were having great laughs while I’m trying to get to work on time. When I explained that and the eother employee who came in late with attitude all she did was give excuses for her employees unprofessional behaviors. So I had to file a formal complaint with the USPS. You don’t get to take an hour before you feel like helping customers. If your job is to start at 8:30 AM than start work knowing that people also have to get to work, too.

  Always under staffed, long lines, tellers should be more friendly to people and help and guides you with special letters, delivery, etc

  Very veeeery slow and understaffed. Just print out your own shipping label at home and drop it in the bin. USPS clerks will also be super picky about how your box looks and then not accept it. Meanwhile, my self-prepared boxes in the past have always been accepted by the people who scan them in the back, with imperfect packing tape and defaced old labels 🤦‍♀️

  They cut my package open from the bottom, took out my items, retaped it and proceeded to send it off like nothing happened. The package showed up at my family's house with nothing in it but the inside wrapping. Use another post office. They have trashy people working here. But what can you expect from Antioch.

  i usually always do self service to ship my packages because of this exact reason: today i ran out of my poly mailers at home to ship my item in so i went to the post office and got in line to ask them if they had any but was planning to just still go to self service right after. the only other time i've gotten in line was a couple months ago and the same exact african lady (she had blonde braids in today) attended me as last time and both times she was EXTREMELY arrogant and rude for absolutely no reason! she has the worst attitude and i don't understand why! if she doesn't like working there she shouldn't take it out on others because i've heard she's been rude to others as well. i walk up and i get straight to the point, all i did was ask if she had a poly mailer so i can ship my item in. she says "well goodmorning to you too" ????? i don't have to say goodmorning to anyone especially not with that attitude...? she proceeds to say i don't know what a poly mailer is but i have a plastic bag, i said that's a poly mailer.... and she said ok.. do you have a QR code. i said yes but im going to go to self service, i just needed the bag and she says ok... YOU'RE WELCOME! in front of everyone.. it's genuinely so odd and it feels like a race thing because she's only been extremely disrespectful and catches such an attitude for no reason with people who aren't of her color, im mexican and im literally 20 years old. how on earth do you manage to find a problem with someone, like what, 30 years younger than you? its so miserable. she's the exact reason i don't EVER go inside and use the self service and the 2 only times i have, its because i have had her attending me. if you're having a bad day, don't take it out on us!!! get a new job!!!!
