- RLRana LeeJun 17, 20261.0They completly lost my package its literally no where they never scanned it and it was worth 120 dollars and this is for my business im going to have a bad review for my self because of them I personally dropped off the package at the post office and the kiosk decided not to work when I tried to use it so I thought it would still ve safe at the 1st office drop off nope its literally no where and I cant even file a claim because they never scanned it im so upset

- BJB JJMar 30, 20261.0-Chang the lock to the wrong mailbox which the paperwork is very clearly call out the specific information -timeline is out of expectations -Important mails have gone missing multiple times, including prescription medication that was supposed to be delivered to my mailbox. -Frequently receiving packages and letters that belong to completely different addresses. -Had to personally walk around the neighborhood to deliver other people’s mail because it was placed in my mailbox. -Mailboxes are often left open after delivery, leaving everyone’s mail exposed and unsecured. -This has happened more than once, which raises serious concerns about privacy and mail security. -Overall the service has been very unreliable with repeated delivery mistakes and lost mail. -=It feels like there is little attention to detail when handling and delivering mail in this area.
