- GHGregory HawkinsAug 3, 20261.0This has got to be the number one worst post office I've ever seen in my entire life from having problems going in trying to use the self-service kiosk to the terrible etiquette of the phone operator outside of working hours I called this morning trying to figure out when I change of address wasn't working and instead of trying to help me the operator openly told me I don't know what you want from me I already broke the rules and did a change of address over the phone and when I told her I didn't want that to happen I wanted to understand why I was having a problem doing it in the portal online she put me on hold for 45 minutes and then hung up on me
- MNMaria NunoJul 15, 20261.0Poor customer service. I have not received any mail for a week. To resolve this, I visited the facility at 8:30 AM today 07/15/26. I had to wait an unacceptable amount of time just for someone to answer the doorbell. I was the only one at the door. Once a worker came to the window, it took them an additional 20 minutes to assist me. Because I was on my way to work, I was eventually forced to leave empty-handed without my mail. I understand that resolving my mail delivery issue is important, but your staff needs to be mindful of customers' time. Please look into why it takes so long for the front window to be staffed.
