- JMJuan MartinezJun 24, 20265.0Reading the bad reviews just shows how inpatient people are. Planning ahead of time will save you troubles. We live in a society that we want everything at our own time, the way they want. It does not work this way. Remember there are multiple USPS locations throughout the city and also UPS and fedex. Lets take a second too think that the person behind the desk does not have the ability to hire the staff so you can go in n out of there. The person behind the desk does the best that she/he can to make it easy for us. With that said, I want to thank Nataria for her exceptional service she provided during my visit. I was in line for about 10/15 minutes, mind you that im also doing other errands after work. Usually waiting in line will make you edgy, but seen how Nataria interacted with the people changed everything. I saw her going above and beyond what she is supposed to do and did it with a smile! I hope she becomes manager of this branch and applies her charisma and service throughout. Thank you Nataria for being amazing. To the people: Chill, wait and relax.
