- KMKip MJul 17, 20265.0We had a few packages go missing that were marked delivered but never arrived-I came in to inquire and Juan was extremely understanding and helpful. We got the packages back the very next day and he even called us just to make sure they had arrived. Amazing customer service!
- RGRachel GajardoJul 11, 20261.0I waited in line for 25 minutes to buy a gift card and only when I get to the cashier did they tell me they can’t accept credit card for gift cards. They need to put a sign up by the gift cards that say debit card or cash ONLY. Aside from this, I got a stamps.com account because I’ve always waited more than 20 minutes when I come here for packages or mail. The staff are nice, but management seems terrible.

It still has not arrived on May 9th!! When i went in to talk to supervisor I was handed a small pad of post it notes to write my complaint. FIVE post it notes later I left. I doubt I will ever hear anything as I am certainly no better than a birthday card or a Christmas gift. Most of the people are nice but the place REALLY NEEDS management skills..
