- SBShareen BasyariSep 22, 20265.0Great experience here! Came in to send back some materials for work, but the man who helped me told me that the label I had was actually for FedEx. Despite how I would not be doing the return with them, the team still helped a ton. One of them told me where to find the nearest FedEx, while the other two helped remove the old label off my box and replaced it with the one I brought. Very helpful team and would come back here for any personal shipping services.
- BVB VSep 16, 20263.0For the most part making returns through this particular UPS store has been easy and pleasant. However, today wasn't the case. I was helped by a young adult who looks EMO. I was returning a dress in 2 different sizes. I asked him if the dress and size has to match the qr code. His response was, " That's a great question. I don't work for Amazon so I don't know." He had a smirk and his co worker had a little laugh to this young man's comment. He didn't think I'd shoot back with, " Well this ups store is accepting returns from Amazon so I would assume you know the answer to this question. You work here right?" LOL he wasn't expecting that. Treat your customers with respect. Respect isn't given. IT IS EARNED! Management needs to train these young adults with customer service skills. I see why this location has a 2.9 rating!
