  As a local small business owner, this was my first and last time visiting this UPS Store. I brought in two packages with pre-printed labels, assuming basic courtesy assistance with a strip of tape—a complimentary standard I’ve experienced at every other postal location. Instead, the store manager, Stephanie, flatly refused to help unless I paid a $2 taping fee, claiming tape is only complimentary for a single package. Even after explaining that I was a first-time customer asking for a one-time courtesy, she remained completely inflexible over two strips of tape. While franchise locations are technically allowed to charge for supplies, nickel-and-diming new local business customers over $2 is terrible service and bad community relationship-building. I will be taking my daily business shipping elsewhere.

  Dominick has poor costumer service. I always drop my USPS packages off here to get picked up and he did not take my package and was rude. I just said “im here to drop this off” and he said “IM not taking that” and i said “why i always do this” and he said “ i promise you im not taking that”. I don’t know what his issue is or why he feels the need to be rude, god bless his soul.

  Efficient and friendly staff . Tackled my questions effectively over the phone and guided me through the fingerprinting process on site when I needed assistance.

  I am SO GRATEFUL to have this badass UPS location in my hometown. Chanelle is absolutely killing it like a silent hawk in there, making sure everything is being run accordingly and professionally! She expedited my process seamlessly and was looking out for me when printing necessary and unnecessary pages. Ulises was also super helpful and patient while I gathered my mountain of returns. He was great at keeping everything running smooth! I haven’t had the pleasure of working with everyone on the team yet, but I can definitely tell that this place has it all! Thank you so much for making this difficult task, easy! 🩷🩷🩷

  I've used UPS stores for sending importants papers; family heirlooms; mails that needed to go out very fast. I have always appreciated the staff's knowledge and Help.
