- JCJon CampbellOct 6, 20261.0I was charged a package handling fee that was never disclosed when we collected our package. Like other reviewers, I found the fee excessive and it felt like a scam. No one told us about it when we collected our parcel. It only appeared on our hotel bill afterwards. We were asked to sign to confirm we had collected the parcel. We were not asked to agree to a room charge for a handling fee, and we would not have agreed had it been explained. When we returned to the USPS store to query the charge, the employee was unhelpful and showed no empathy for our concern. Please be upfront about handling fees before guests collect their packages. If you’re staying here, ask about the cost first, or have parcels sent elsewhere (there are other post offices not too far).

This is an authorized UPS pickup/dropoff and UPS pays this location for each item picked up, but this location is chosen to charge an additional $10 fee above and beyond with UPS pays them to pick up your package. This was too much of a rip-off for me to endure, so I went down to the CVS store right down the street and did it for free
