  First off, the door is locked so somebody from the inside has to open it. Door should be open at this time so we don't touch anything most especially door handles. Once inside, you're automatically designated as door opener. A UPS delivery guy was constantly coming in and out and nobody from the store was opening it for him so I or another customer was opening the door. So much for not touching anything. Anyway, there I was waiting and waiting and opening the door. When I finally get to the counter, the lady leaves and does not come back. A guy named Luis took over but then he saw his friends behind me so he caters to them first and so I wait some more. Finally he tends to me and he cannot scan my phone. I had my phone in a plastic bag because of covid 19 so I can wash the outside when I get home but since he cannot scan the code, I had to take it out. It wouldve been ok but I touched their door from opening it several times. So now I have to touch my phone. Anyway, service was horrendous except, of course, for Luis' friends.

  Rude Employees, I walked in to return a ring and the Burnette lady working today Veronica looks at me and says "what do you want me to do with this?' "obviously you never done this before." Then they directed me poorly to look for a package to return my ring they were out of small sizes so I was forced to use a big bubble wrapped envelope for a small ring and her and Luis were both being smart and talking in Spanish to each other and said next time choose the right shipping label and you won't have to pay anything. Won't be coming back here anymore

  Best experience I've ever had at an UPS store. Super helpful and the amazing customer service was not just extended to me but also the 2 people in front of me as well as the people behind me. Definitely coming back here versus the postal office🙌🙌🙌

  Pretty customer friendly. Love it you don’t need to print a label. They just scan the barcode on your phone
